This was one of the first gluten free bread mixes I tried. I still love it and consider it one of my go-to, dependable gluten free bread mixes. For people who have no time to tinker and create their own flour mixes, you will always get a delicious and very nutritious loaf of bread. About as close to a whole wheat texture and taste as you can get with gluten free bread. This one is worth every penny, in my opinion. Whether I make it in my bread machine or in the oven, it always comes out perfectly (assuming I follow the directions!).
