Wish you could bake your own delicious gluten free bread that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or texture? Whether you use a bread machine or make your bread in a conventional oven, whether you like to use bread mixes or prefer to make your bread from scratch, Ellen Allard (author of www.Iamglutenfree.blogspot.com) will show you how easy it is to create a variety of delectable and nutritious gluten free breads, including hamburger buns, English muffins, and tortillas. Samples will be available for your tasting pleasure!
