Ditch The Bloat, Gluten Free Could Be Your Ticket
Here’s a video I posted on youtube: I’m not sure what’s going on, maybe there’s something in the air. I’ve had so many emails from people about the need to go gluten free for various reasons, from terrible heartburn and indigestion to confirmed Alopecia (that’s what I have, though going strictly gluten free seems to have not only stopped my hair falling out, but it’s grown back almost 75%). Given this recent string of emails, I know you’ll be interested in learning about the Gluten Free Diva Fall Clean Eating Challenge 2013 starting tomorrow. A whole group of folks have registered and are ready to rock and roll with it, including communicating with each other (and me) in our private Facebook group. So many of us deal with: Bloat Headaches Constipation (or the opposite) Skin issues like Psoriasis Mood Swings Sugar Binges Hormonal Imbalances Fatigue Joint Pain Unexplained Hair Loss …and lots more That’s exactly the reason I launched this program: for people suffering with these kinds of issues. I’ve been there, done that. I was diagnosed with Alopecia 6 months before my Celiac diagnosis, for years (I’m talking YEARS!!!), I had HORRIBLE bloat (beyond unbelievable), headaches daily (ibuprofen was a constant in my life), bathrooming issues (I’m trying to be polite, ahem), candida (yeast overgrowth), sugar cravings and binges (which didn’t help the Candida), joint pain (all the stuff in the list above, actually). It wasn’t until I went fully 100% gluten free that these issues disappeared (gradually). I believe that my being 100% compliant to the gluten free lifestyle PLUS gradually converting over to a very green, plant-based diet, has made all the difference. As a teacher, I feel it is my responsibility to teach others how they can accomplish what I did. If you think you’d like to join us, please register today. As soon as I get your registration, I will send you the documents. It starts tomorrow, but the first 4 days are the pre-detox part of the challenge, so you have a little leeway in starting a day or two after the 28th. Click HERE to register.
