LAST CHANCE TO GO GLUTEN FREE & LOSE THE BLOAT
Ready for a gluten free makeover?!? Wanna do it for a few days and see how your body feels? Read on…. I don’t know about you, but after a couple of rounds of Thanksgiving leftovers, I’m ready to hit the grocery store and restock my frig with kale and nothing but kale. I’m only partly kidding:). For me, the best leftovers were the Balsamic & Maple Glazed Roasted Brussel Sprouts. They were even better the next day. I stood at the frig and picked right out of the leftover container and then decided to act civilized and spooned them over my salad instead. Click HERE for the recipe I followed (for the most part). If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile, you know that I’m a very healthy eater. That’s what happens after you become a Certified Holistic Health Coach. There’s no turning back. A little knowledge can be dangerous. But really, since becoming a mostly plant-based eater, I haven’t felt better. It took going gluten free and blew it out of the water. And now that I’ve gone through my own detox a few times, it’s taken me to another whole new place. I feel like a million bucks after I go through my own program. I was thinking that you might have felt as full as I did after Thursdays’ feast. That being said (and even if you weren’t), it also occurred to me that there might be a few of you who want to get a leg up on getting “clean” before you start landing at every holiday party known to humankind. I have a super easy way to do it. I’ve been running this challenge since October and decided to give you the lowest possible price. I want you to feel great before you hit the hors d’Oeuvres. My theory is this: if you feel really good BEFORE you start the round of holiday feasting, you might decide to make really good choices instead of getting to Jan. 2 and feeling like crap. What do you think? Grab a seat at the Gluten Free Diva Fall Clean Eating Challenge (there are still a few days left in autumn!). Ask a friend to join you so that you have your own personal accountability buddy. And let’s rock this December like never before. xoxo, Ellen Allard, your Gluten Free Diva
