How many times have you tried establishing new habits only to fall back into the same old routine after a few days or weeks? Even if your medical professional encourages you to make healthy changes, sometimes it can be hard to follow without an accountability partner.
One of the best ways for you to make sustainable healthy changes is to work with a knowledgeable, skilled health coach who can provide you with ongoing support and guidance. I will help you set realistic goals that will improve your food choices as well as your lifestyle choices. I have been trained in a special coaching method called TCM (Transformational Coaching Method) and as a result, I am a keen listener. I can help you shine a laser beam onto the challenges that are holding you back from achieving optimal health. Together, we will create a blueprint that you can follow without feeling deprived or hungry. I will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice and determine the tools you need to find balance and reach your goals.
As a client, you will:
- identify attainable and realistic goals for optimal health
- learn how to reach and maintain your ideal weight
- learn to reduce or even eliminate your cravings
- increase your energy level
- feel happy in your body
- learn how to incorporate new and delicious foods into your life
- understand the connection between your relationships, your work, your spiritual life and your health
- have an accountability partner to help you at every step along the way
Your program includes:
- two 50 minute sessions per month
- email support between sessions
- 24/7 access via email to me (Mon morn through Thurs night)
- healthy, simple gluten free recipes
- coaching and support to help you make the changes you want to make
- handouts that will increase your knowledge of nutrition
- my personal commitment to your success
